I went to a tiny culinary school in South Philadelphia about ten years ago. As soon as I started cooking I was able to clear my head and think in a whole new way that I never thought was possible. Cooking is a meditation for me, and its amazing because there is so much to learn, different techniques or cuisines and you use all your senses while cooking.
