Hello everyone! My name is Chef Brittany here is a little about me. I am a born and raised Montanan! I grew up baking and cooking with my grandmother and have been doing so for as long as I can remember. I have a Passion for creating delicious, visually appealing pastries and confections as well as savory plates. I love teaching everyone young or old there's so much life in the world of food and I want to share my knowledge with you! I was classically trained at the culinary institute of montana in many areas of food preparation as well as service! I also love pairing flavors to create surprising dishes and I can't wait to share with everyone all I've learned thus far.
