Born and raised in Texas from two amazing parents of the "Greatest Generation", I've been fortunate to learn the art of cooking, entertaining and making others enjoy "life moments". I'm a culinary graduate of New England Culinary Institute and have lived in 9 states to include the Caribbean (Turks and Caicos). I'm able to provide a broad range of ethnic, regional and ingredient based knowledge to each class and look forward to sharing my experiences with all class participants.

Being a passionate food and beverage professional with over 30 years in the industry and a culinary-trained chef for 21, I've been fortunate to learn from great mentors, all sharing what is required to achieve beautiful results. 

With exposure and experience in a range of restaurants, award winning chefs and cuisines, I am capable of delivering a myriad of different cuisines with global influences. 

I have lived in Texas, Vermont, Florida, Missouri, Kentucky, California, Alabama, Massachusetts and Arkansas as well as Turks and Caicos in the Caribbean. The diversity of geographical areas has widened my culinary abilities and product knowledge through diverse ingredients. 

My background focuses on exciting food production, guest/client interaction and superior finished product.
