About Steven Meese

 
Steven’s inspiration for his cuisine comes from his years living in the Mediterranean, specifically, his native Greece. With the abundant fish from the oceans, fruits, vegetables, herbs, grains and nuts from the land, and wild mushrooms from the forest Chef creates his modern Mediterranean cuisine, which is visually stunning in presentation and very avant garde in style. Infusing the flavors of fat, acid, spice, sweet and salts to challenge and quench the most refined palates.
Chef Meese has trained in some of the world’s best restaurants such as Alinea, Jean Georges, Café Boulud, and the Betterment under the tutelage of Michelin Star celebrity chefs such as Daniel Boulud, Jean Georges, Grant Achatz and Jason Atherton, refining his craft and finding his true identity and style in the culinary world.
