I'm hear to bring the experience of playing with ingredients you may have never worked with and adding them into your kitchen arsenal.

    My name is, Hannah McCutcheon, and I am a traveling chef who specializes in pastry. I've graduated culinary school and worked in various kitchens gaining many techniques and flavor profiles.  I've worked in Georgia, Colorado, Wyoming, Alabama, Florida, Massachusetts, and soon to be North Carolina. I get the pleasure of experiencing the special flavors of each place I visit and bringing them together to create new concepts. Come cook with me and I'll show you what I mean.

This is a really good way to get used to the pastry side of cooking. Rather you're just starting our, or you're a pro, this will be a delicious and fun dessert to make.

- Rolling pin pie pan measuring spoons and cups stand up mixer with paddle attachment pie weights large saucepan rubber spatula small bowl whisk pastry brush

The focus of all of our Experiences is learning in a fun, easygoing environment – but it’s not fun if we don’t have a smooth, safe adventure together. To set the stage for a successful Experience, please make sure you stock your kitchen with the necessary safety equipment in case of any accidents (smoke detector, a first aid kit, fire extinguisher or blanket, and know your emergency phone numbers!) and make sure your Wifi can support the class. Generally, if you can stream a video or movie on your laptop or computer, your Wifi should support one of our classes (and if you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us for help!)
