Hello! I'm here to share my passion and energy with you and your kitchen.

I'm excited to show you that a tasty fun time can be had just about anywhere and prepared by anyone

Chose from an assortment of my delicious recipes developed over the course of my experience as a Chef and instructor.  

During these times, where we find ourselves home more often than not, I will bring you a variety of techniques you can use, and recipes to master. Wether you are a beginner with little to NO experience or you want to elevate your already stellar home cooking skills, I welcome you to join me for an exciting educational event!

lit O'bit about me..... 
My career started as a 16 year old cashier in a pizza shop. I walked into the kitchen hoping to learn how to make my own pizza and WHAM! My THYME had come i could feel it from my head TOMATOES, I just had to be in the kitchen from then on! Once I perfected my pies, the restaurant offered me shifts as a cook while I attended culinary school. 

From there, I have gone on to work for local small tapas bars to Michelin starred and James Beard awarded Chefs throughout San Francisco, Oakland, and Amsterdam. 

In "free time", I also work as an in-person instructor with a bay area located company to guide interactive cooking parties of 5-100 people.

My food focus is healthy, authentic cuisine with a California influence.
I'm talking big bold flavors and a warm happy tummy!

Winter is coming, and nothing is better than a home made pot pie to make you feel perfectly cozy! I love to use artichoke heart to brighten up this classic. I don’t know about you, but comfort food has been real helpful this year and with the cold weather approaching, I know this pie will be making many appearances in my house. Yours too!? 

Equipment

- Knife Cutting board Rolling pin Cast Iron or large sauté pan Two large bowls Baking dish if not using cast iron skillet

Ingredients

- Flour - All Purpose

- Butter

- Chicken - Breast

- Olive Oil

- Onion - Vidalia

- Celery

- Carrots

- Potato - Red

- Garlic

- Artichoke Hearts

- Broth - Chicken

- Heavy Cream

- Cheese - Parmesan

- Salt - Kosher

The focus of all of our Experiences is learning in a fun, easygoing environment – but it’s not fun if we don’t have a smooth, safe adventure together. To set the stage for a successful Experience, please make sure you stock your kitchen with the necessary safety equipment in case of any accidents (smoke detector, a first aid kit, fire extinguisher or blanket, and know your emergency phone numbers!) and make sure your Wifi can support the class. Generally, if you can stream a video or movie on your laptop or computer, your Wifi should support one of our classes (and if you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us for help!)
