A Message From Your Chef

Rebecca

Come cook with me!

I went to a tiny culinary school in South Philadelphia about ten years ago.  As soon as I started cooking I was able to clear my head and think in a whole new way that I never thought was possible.  Cooking is a meditation for me, and its amazing because there is so much to learn, different techniques or cuisines and you use all your senses while cooking. Food for every individual is a lifelong journey that is unique to each.....Feel free to contact me through the messages if there isn't a time that is convenient for you, or if there is a dish you want to tweak or ANYTHING you want to ask or talk about I am here to accommodate you.

About this course

Come cook with me!

I love to go fishing and there is nothing better than catching a fish and bringing it home to eat, I use this recipe for all kinds of fish.   Flounder is low in mercury and high in omega 3s, so its a good choice when you're not just eating whatever you catch. All next to a sweet and tangy coleslaw that has so many nutrients from vegetables that maybe you don't get enough of.  Honestly I rarely eat coleslaw but whenever I make this I cannot stop eating it, I'll put it in wraps or on salads or just eat the leftover right out of the container...if there is any.

Learning is fun, but a safe environment and good Wifi ensure a successful Experience!

The focus of all of our Experiences is learning in a fun, easygoing environment – but it’s not fun if we don’t have a smooth, safe adventure together. To set the stage for a successful Experience, please make sure you stock your kitchen with the necessary safety equipment in case of any accidents (smoke detector, a first aid kit, fire extinguisher or blanket, and know your emergency phone numbers!) and make sure your Wifi can support the class. Generally, if you can stream a video or movie on your laptop or computer, your Wifi should support one of our classes (and if you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us for help!)
