About this course

I never stop cooking, it’s the lifeblood that fuels my dreams and fills my soul!

The Story behind the cookies:

I didn't have a small mixer so I knew I had to make the dough by hand. Sometimes I do this intentionally, and melt the butter so when I mix it with the brown sugar it develops a nice molasses flavor.

This time, I accidentally left the butter melting a little too long and it turned into brown butter. Brown butter is probably THE best thing ever...well bacon is probably the first, but brown butter is a close second. It gives whatever dish you use it in a new depth of nutty warm flavor. The smell was intoxicating and I knew that even though I didn't plan it, it would still be a big hit with the managers and few employees that we had working later that day.

One of the chefs from another location came by right after they came out of the oven. He liked them so much he stole like 10! They were a big hit and a source of comfort to start the day from.

Learning is fun, but a safe environment and good Wifi ensure a successful Experience!

The focus of all of our Experiences is learning in a fun, easygoing environment – but it’s not fun if we don’t have a smooth, safe adventure together. To set the stage for a successful Experience, please make sure you stock your kitchen with the necessary safety equipment in case of any accidents (smoke detector, a first aid kit, fire extinguisher or blanket, and know your emergency phone numbers!) and make sure your Wifi can support the class. Generally, if you can stream a video or movie on your laptop or computer, your Wifi should support one of our classes (and if you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us for help!)
